My name is Tasheila Williams-Townsend I am a Career Counselor in the University Career Center. I received my undergraduate degree from Troy University in Human Services with a minor in Health Sciences. I received my graduate degree from Auburn University in Rehabilitation Counseling and I am currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Adult Education. I served as an advisor for a year at Troy University Global Campus before moving to Auburn University. I have been at Auburn University for approximately seven years. My first four years I worked as an Admissions Specialist/Evaluator, I was an advisor in the College of Education for three years, and I am currently serving as a Career Counselor. I am married to my wonderful husband Bryon. We have a seven year old (Bryce Alexander) and a one year old (Braxton Jayce) who we love so much! Auburn has been a part of my life for years. My mother graduated from Auburn University with her Masters and Doctoral Degree, my husband is graduated with his Master’s Degree, and both of my younger sisters graduated from Auburn University with their Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s degrees.
